30 Questions for Vibrancy
What does your relationship with vibrancy currently look like? What comes to mind when you hear this word?
Look around your home or your wardrobe. Are you drawn to more muted tones or more vibrant ones?
What in your life feels vibrant? What have you been giving your energy?
What other emotions come along with feeling vibrant?
What in your life is lacking vibrance? Where have you been conserving energy?
What other emotions come with a lack of vibrancy in your life?
Do you think of yourself as a vibrant person? Do you see vibrancy in your daily life?
Are you content with your relationship to vibrancy? Why or why not?
How do the people you look up to think about vibrancy? Do they have a zest and excitement for their daily lives? How does this influence your perspective on vibrancy?
Who in your life is vibrant? Who lights up the room? Describe them. What about them affects the space when they enter it?
What is your relationship with this person like?
Who fills your cup and re-energizes you? How do they encourage you to be vibrant?
How does being around others affect your relationship with vibrancy? Do you find yourself drained or energized by being around others?
Consider your surroundings (i.e., your home, office, wardrobe, etc.). Would you like to add more vibrancy to your surroundings? Why or why not? If yes, how could you do this intentionally, over time?
Think about a place where you have noticed the vibrancy of the world around you. How do the colors, light, or contrast of that place make you feel?
